Please complete as accurately and honestly as possible. You should base your responses on your personal observations of students who have completed the General Foundation Program.

Your views can make a difference. With your feedback, the college could make changes to improve the Foundation Program for future students.

Purpose

The primary goal of this survey is to gather insights into how well the General Foundation Program has prepared students for the challenges of their specific academic disciplines. This includes their skills and competencies in English, listening, speaking, reading, referencing, medical terminology, IT, and mathematics, which are essential for academic success.

Instructions for Filling Out the Online Questionnaire

This survey includes both closed and open-ended questions to capture a comprehensive view of your observations and perspectives:

  • Questions marked with a red star (*) are mandatory and must be completed to proceed.
  • The survey is divided into sections, with a progress bar to help track your completion status.
  • On the final page, you will find a "Submit Survey" button. Once you click this button and see the confirmation page, your responses have been successfully submitted.
  • Should any required questions be left unanswered, the survey will not submit and the incomplete items will be highlighted.
